Delivery. Is by courier or our own van driver. delivery is generally 2 days after purchase on weekdays. i.e order Monday - the painting arrives on Wednesday. Order on Thursday the painting arrives Monday. Order on Saturday or Sunday and the painting arrives Tuesday.

Returns. Art works which are made to order - i.e commissioned paintings or prints printed to the size required can not be returned. (this is in accordance with the law). If a painting is not commissioned - i.e on the web site for sale is unsuitable you can return it within 7 days. You must return it (by courier - at your cost) in its original packaging and in perfect condition.

You must telephone us immediately if you wish to return. Tel: 0118 9483155 A full refund will be made less the cost of our delivery.

Damage in Transit. We know that every painting leaves the Studio in perfect condition. If it arrives damaged, please retain the packaging and telephone us immediately (tel: 0118 9483155). Damages can only be sorted out if you advise us immediately on delivery. Damage reported days later after delivery can not be recompensed.

Copyright . Even after you have purchased a painting you can not reproduce, copy or print the image without the artist's permission. Purchasing a painting Does Not give you right to copy it. Copyright always belongs to the artist (according to law). You can not download, copy or reproduce any image from this web site.
